Terms & Conditions

By booking a consultation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Service

• We are not licensed migration agents or legal professionals.

• All information provided is based on personal experience and is meant to help you make informed decisions before approaching a professional immigration consultant.

• We do not offer visa or legal advice, nor do we assist in filling applications or handling documentation.

2. Consultation Fee

• Each consultation is $75 for a 45-minute online session.

• The fee is non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by us.

• Payment must be completed before the session is confirmed.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations (within 12 hours) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Respectful Communication

• We are here to help and share honestly. Please communicate respectfully and professionally.

• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

5. No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee any immigration outcomes, visa approvals, or professional success in Australia.

• All advice shared is based on personal experience and is intended for informational purposes only.

6. Client Responsibility

• You are responsible for verifying all official information through appropriate government or licensed sources.

• We recommend visiting immi.homeaffairs.gov.au for official immigration policies and licensed migration agent listings.

7. Confidentiality

• Your personal information and discussion will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

• We are not liable for any third-party data breaches related to hosting platforms, payment providers, or video conferencing tools.
